1. About These Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) apply when you use our website (available at https://corteizca.org/) (the “Website”) to purchase products. By purchasing any goods that we make available on the Website (including during “product drops”) (the “Products”), you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service should be read alongside any specific terms and conditions applicable to the Products.

The Website is operated in the United Kingdom by Corteiz CA. You can find everything you need to know about us and the Products on the Website. If you purchase Products from us, we will confirm key information to you in writing during the checkout process.

3. Orders Are Not Accepted Until They Are Confirmed by Us

Once we have accepted your order, we will send you an email confirmation. Please note that until you receive that confirmation, your order is not confirmed.

4. Prices Are Set at Our Discretion

We will set, at our sole discretion, the price payable to purchase Products. These prices can be varied by us at any point. Please check the relevant order page before completing checkout for the current price.

5. We Can Reject Orders

Sometimes we need to reject orders, which may occur before or after we have confirmed them. Reasons may include a Product becoming unexpectedly out of stock, inability to verify your age where a product is age-restricted, your delivery address being outside our delivery areas, or a price being misstated. When this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any sums paid.

6. Payment Is Taken at the Point You Complete the Checkout Process

We will take payment for all orders at the point you complete the checkout process. You will own your ordered goods once we have received payment in full.

7. You Are Responsible for Duties and Taxes

When ordering Products from us for delivery outside of mainland UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the Products reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

8. We Are Not Responsible for Delays Outside Our Control

In the unlikely event that supply of a Product is delayed due to an event outside our control (for example, natural disasters, weather, fire, war, or a pandemic), we will aim to contact you as soon as possible. As long as we have taken reasonable steps, we will not compensate you for the delay. If the delay is likely to be substantial, contact us at info@corteizca.org to discuss options.

9. Products Can Vary Slightly from Their Pictures and Descriptions

While we do everything to ensure images on the Website are accurate, a Product or its packaging may slightly differ from how it appears on your device.

10. You Have a Right to Change Your Mind (But It Is Limited)

For most Products bought via the Website, you have a legal right to change your mind and receive a refund including delivery costs. This is subject to conditions. You cannot change your mind about an order for:

• products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once unsealed after receipt
• sealed audio, video, or computer software, once unsealed after receipt
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

If you change your mind, you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver your product. Contact us at info@corteizca.org to begin the return process.

11. You Have to Return the Product at Your Own Cost

You must return any Products (and any free gifts provided with them) within 14 days of telling us you have changed your mind. Returns are at your own cost unless we stated free returns at the point of purchase. Use an established delivery service and keep your receipt as proof of return. If we do not receive the goods, or receive them outside a reasonable time, we will not issue a refund.

12. Delivery Timeframes Are Estimates

We will, wherever possible, provide an estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as material shortages, transportation disruption, import delays, or high demand periods. 13. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by you and returned to us, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund amount.

14. We Only Refund Standard Delivery Costs

We do not refund any extra charges you may have paid for premium delivery options such as express delivery or delivery at a specific time or day.

15. International Returns

For international customers, a flat processing fee will be applied to any returned Products. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

16. We Reduce Your Refund if You Have Used or Damaged a Product

If you handle the Product in a way that would not be acceptable in a store, we will reduce your refund to compensate for its reduced value. This includes removing price tags, damaging packaging, or missing accessories. In some cases, no refund may be due based on the condition of the Product. Our customer service team at info@corteizca.org can advise you on whether we are likely to reduce your refund.

17. When and How We Refund You

• If your Product is yet to be delivered, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind.
• If your Product has been delivered and you are sending it back, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it back (or receiving evidence you have sent it).
• We refund using the method you used for payment at no charge.

18. You Have Rights if There Is Something Wrong with Your Product

If you think there is something wrong with your Product, contact us at info@corteizca.org. We honour our legal duty to provide products as described and that meet all requirements imposed by law.

19. Prohibition on Commercial Resale

Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing from us, you agree not to purchase, use, market, or distribute our products for commercial resale without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order we believe is intended for commercial resale. Individuals or entities found to be engaging in unauthorised commercial resale may face order cancellation or legal action. This includes seeking the suspension or removal of unauthorised listings or websites that display, sell, or promote our Products without permission.

20. We Do Not Compensate You for All Losses Caused by Us or Our Products

We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking these Terms of Service, unless the loss is unexpected, caused by a delaying event outside our control, avoidable by taking reasonable action on your part, or related to a business loss.

21. You Have Several Options for Resolving Disputes with Us

If you have an issue, we ask that you contact us first at info@corteizca.org and give our team an opportunity to resolve it. These Terms of Service are governed by English law and, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in the courts of the country you live in.

22. Other Important Terms Apply to Our Contract

• We can transfer our contract with you to a different organisation. We will notify you in writing and you can end the contract within 7 days if you are unhappy with the transfer.
• You can only transfer your contract with us to someone else if we agree.
• These Terms of Service are a contract between you and us only.
• If a court invalidates some of these Terms of Service, the rest will still apply.
• Even if we delay in enforcing these Terms of Service, we can still enforce them later.
